Note that because it's a new version (3.2 v 3.1) 3.1 doesn't
automatically get updated. You need to install 3.2 & that will remove
3.1x in the process.

Also note that:
 As of VirtualBox 3.2, the signing key was changed.
so you'll need to follow the instructions on:
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
to update the key.

The Oracle public key for apt-secure can be downloaded here. You can add
this key with

sudo apt-key add oracle_vbox.asc

or combine downloading and registering:

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc
-O- | sudo apt-key add -
