Sorry... trying not to 'blog' here, but:

- installed guest additions for 3.2 - works just fine
- increased the memory allocation to 300MB and performance is acceptable
on this test machine. Of course the host is a little slower, but that's
expected (in this case I think).
- checked Control Panel|System|Device Manager & no yellow tags on
devices (everything is working).

Still a lot to test yet, but it's pretty cool to actually see this
working on the test machine!
