Now I have another Host with RHEL 5.3, x64... installing VBox 3.2.2 on it...
I see this error:

The error above probably means that VirtualBox doesn't like your OpenGL
driver on host. Let's skip it.
Let's try to minimize problems:
1. disable 3D acceleration for VMs
2. use NAT networking
3. disable USB for VMs
