This is just not possible with VirtualBox 2.0.4. You have two
options:

1. Use the PUEL version from the official website. The PUEL version
   has a builtin RDP server which can be accessed using rdesktop. But
   if you consider to use the PUEL version then better use 3.1.8
   or 3.2.4 (3.1.8 is probably still more stable than 3.2.4)

2. Upgrade to VirtualBox 3.2.4 OSE. Starting with version 3.2 there
   is VNC support available in the OSE version. Unfortunately we cannot
   add this support to the PUEL version because the VNC library is
   GPL/LGPL only.
