You must also change the HAL in the guest. Google for how to do that on Windows Server 2008. The forum has help for how to do that for a Windows XP guest: http://forum.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&p=149396 I don't know if that applies to Windows Server 2008 or not.
