Im looking for a small utility that will scan the vbox configuration
file and make a list of configured vms then present the list as a
numbered set of options and in response to the selection of a number
the vboxmanage startvm vmname command is executed.  It would be nice
if the list app stayed open and let you make other selections

even better would be not starting if the the requested vm is already started

command line or gui is fine, I just need a better way to start a bunch
of vms, but autostarting them is not an option, and I'd prefer to
leave the stock gui for making new vms and such
