Just install <your linux of choice> onto a USB stick with Virtualbox etc.  
installed

Boot from the USB stick when you get to the store. It wouldn't take that  
much to enable raw disk mounting and have a pre-setup environment booting  
/dev/sda1 or something.

You'd just have to change /dev/sda1 depending on that the USB stick picked  
the windows partition up as.
