hi, I have ubuntu host and winXP guest. both serial port of the guest are configured as pipe host (the files are /tmp/vboxcom1 for com1 and /tmp/vboxcom2 for com2)
on host I run socat as follows: socat UNIX-CONNECT:/tmp/vboxcom1 OPEN:/dev/ttyS0 I open the serial from winXP. COM1 is opened @9600 baud rate regardless the setting I want. I tried to set 1200 baud or 115200 but real baudrate is 9600 in both cases How can I solve?
