Before banning -- is there a way to disable "digest" mode somehow ?
I recommend:
1. disable this mode for all new users, if possible
2. Force move all existing users from digest mode to normal mode.

Aside from disabling `digest' mode, there's no way for me to bounce
digest-replies.

If they were to delete all non-relevant information before posting it would be
readable. I have done this a few time on other mail exploders.
