  of course that's an obvious fix, but it doesn't address the larger
issue of expecting *everyone* to be able to realize what's happened,
and manually make the same fix.  i would think that the simpler
solution would be to tweak the vbox source to simply add that
generated/ directory to the include search path, so it will build for
both older and newer kernels.
