When I enter VBoxManage on the command line in Windows 7 the program
is not recognised.

I have to cd to the install directory and run from there, and so have
to give the full path of any target file.

e.g.
C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox> VBoxManage modifyhd
"C:\Users\Geoff\VirtualBox VMs\test\HDD.vdi" --type writethrough

My apologies if this is a Windoze problem, but it doesn't occur with
any other programs.
