The last one (as VirtualBox-4.0.4-70112-Linux_amd64.run) seems to work.
Although there were plenty of error messages regarding "insserv: Script
jexec is broken", leading to "/sbin/insserv failed, exit code 1". At
least, WindowsXP VM boots, and I hope SuSE 11.4 will do, too.
