It looks like the effect of the address automatically assigned by the DHCP
service. You are using a router, correct ?
In the VB settings, look at the network setting for the adapters in the few
VMs you are using.
You will find the used MAC address : ensure that they are differents for
each VMs.

Teoretically, each MAC address should be unique around the world, but
unicity within your network (or the networks you will run the VMS) will be
good as well.

Alternatively, use fix IP address for each VM.
