I had one virtual machine (Centos on Archlinux) lacking space, so I did the following - clone the disk with CloneVdi.exe setting it to 50Gb - go to the VM configuration and change the disk to the new one
Restarting the VM I found out two nasty things: - there was no real way to make it bigger anyway - I went back a long way in the history So apparently the problem is that the snapshots are incremental and were actually ignored in the cloning process, if I get it right? I changed again the disk to the previous one and, sadly I'm in the same situation, so the history appears to be lost. Any idea to recover my changes and to actually enlarge successfully? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RSA(R) Conference 2012 Save $700 by Nov 18 Register now http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsa-sfdev2dev1 _______________________________________________ VBox-users-community mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/vbox-users-community
