I'm trying to install a machine... Usually, I've been using normal CD/DVD ISO's, but this time I needed a HD media[1] for various reasons.
I've tried to add it as a CDROM (tried changing the suffix to .iso from .img), as a harddisk (with and without changing suffix) and as a floppy (ditto with the suffix). Nothing worked. VBox claims that it can't recognize the format. In one of the attempts, I got VBox to accept the file, but the BIOS claimed not a bootable device. NATURALLY I've unpacked the file! :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Write once. Port to many.
