I am having problems trying to install Windows7 Pro SP1 x64 in a guest VM
hosted on Ubuntu 11.10. Here is the error message I get from the Windows7
Boot Manager:
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be
the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer
manufacturer for assistance.
Status: 0xc0000225
Info: An unexpected error has occurred."
I get this whether I use a Windows7 Pro x64 boot disk or the one I
specified above. I've installed Windows7 on a PC from both disks so I know
that they are good.
Any help that any one can offer will be greatly and sincerely appreciated.
