Hi Karim,

Yes, the above is normal.  It essentially means that apache is
listening on all interfaces.

Have you tried to telnet from W7 to the VM's port 80?

   telnet ip-address-of-vm 80

Is it possible you have a firewall enabled on the VM?

Also, how's your network set up on the VM?  Bridging?
