Keep in mind, many people have never participated in open source projects
and aren't aware of the community nature of them. We should use every
opportunity to welcome folks to the list and educate them on the nature of
the project.
Also, with a project like VBOX, it is hard to participate in a technical
sense due to the complexity of the coding. Some may not be as comfortable
contributing in non-technical ways due to their background.
