I've not upgraded from 4.1.10 yet (since manually downgrading).But if you look on the website there is a later build which fixes this problem and the two different builds are described on the download page (note both are 4.1.12 but with a different build number).
I don't know if whether you use the auto-update link whether it will properly download the correct version at the moment.
