I ran yum update on the CentOS host so it is update on VBox and Kernel,
same behavior.
Interestingly, there are a few CentOS guest VMs, if I shutdown all the
CentOS guest VMs, the two Windows Guest VMs run without crashing! The two
Windows guest VMs also run with one of the CentOS guests VMs running, but
if I start a second CentOS guest VMs, the first Windows Guest VM that was
started, crashes.
Continue to search the Internet, found two dead ends indicating a possible
issue with the CD drive or PAE/NX, but turning off PAE/NX and removing the
CD drives had no effect.
Any insights or clues as to where to look appreciated.
