I did the folowings.
Add a file /etc/udev/rules.d/10-vboxdrv.rules
and edited it (this is one line only, here I break the line with '\'
backslashes):
KERNEL=="vboxdrv", NAME="vboxdrv", OWNER="root", \
GROUP="root", MODE="0600" SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", \
GROUP="vboxusers", MODE="0664" SUBSYSTEM=="usb", \
ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", GROUP="vboxusers", \
MODE="0664"
I removed in the GUI 'VirtualBox Manager' any previous Guest Addition
ISO but the newest one and install it again on my guest Windows XP.
After I reboot the USB can be browsed in the Windows Explorer. :D
