Vbox hard disk would have stay in RAM. Even differencing images often take
a huge amount of space. (5 gigs or so)
This is theoretically doable, yes, Linux live CD could allow VirtualBox to
function, but my guess it will require some serious hardware, especially in
the memory department, like 8 or 16 gig of RAM.
RAM Calculation: 1 GB for host OS, 5 GB for differencing image, 2 gigs for
guest OS. (based on my rough estimation)
