Hi Adam,

Yes, it's quite easy.

o Download the .iso of your choice.
o Next, create a VM.
o After you've created the new VM, select your new VM from the 
`VirtualBox Managert' and `Machine > Settings'
o Select `Storage' in the left pane
o Select the CD/DVD icon (in `Storage Tree' - second pane) and set the 
`Attribute' - 3rd pane on left.  You can Select the .iso
