If you can run an earlier version of VirtualBox, perhaps try that, maybe 3.2.14, or earlier. I suggest this, because I had a P2V Windows NT VM that ran on an earlier version of VirtualBox, but gave a similar (same?) bluescreen on boot after I upgraded VirtualBox.
