Hello John,
I'll have to agree with you that this problem was very odd. I did some
additional tests, changed lots of settings and stuff, but the only thing
that persistently cause the error was really trying to boot the VM when i
was accessing the host via RDP on my low res display.
Connecting to the hosts via other PCs that have higher res i was able to
boot the machines.
Starting the VM via local console and later connecting to the host via RDP
on my netbook didn't cause any issues (other than having to scroll the
screen to access the menus on the VM =[ )
Should i report a bug?
