Thanks, that did it. Starting by VBoxManage results in the same options on
VBoxHeadless than init.

Another admin-question: using "top" I see all the VBoxHeadless processes, but
cannot see which vm they belong to. Is there some easy way to get that
displayed in "top"? Of course it would be best to simply see the vm name ...
