I installed VirtualBox 4.2.12 again.
I was not able to make a problem reproduce.

I'm sorry.

When I encountered a problem, the error that "Bridge Adapter did not
exist" was not able to come out and I was not able to start VM.
When I looked at setting, name of "Bridge Adapter" was blank and was
not able to choose "Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet."

However, I can choose it now.
It seems to be a temporary phenomenon which will be cured if it reinstalls.
