Ideally, you'll add the same virtual disk simultaneously to two VM's, but I 
don't know if VirtualBox supports that.

Something you can definitely do is to create a volume on the host, and export 
it via iscsi to multiple guests.  And as you said, you're running a cluster FS. 
 I'm not aware of Oracle Cluster FS, but I do know, a clustering FS is what you 
need.

Oh.  Reading your later post, I see, you found shareable hard drives.  Sounds 
like what you want.  Enjoy.
