At least some of them are in /users/username/library/virtualbox/ *.xml. There
are also log files and dat files there. I suppose you could delete everything
or maybe just move everything and see what happens. You may have to reinstall
VBox to get it running again. I'm not an expert here so maybe someone who
knows the inner workings better will comment.
