Beside, you will not use a HOST tool to resize the partition, but a GUEST
tool.
It does not matter which is your host OS; after you resize the disk with
the vboxmanage in the host, you will boot in the guest and use some tool.
I know that windows itself is able to resize partitions, but i don't know
if is possible to resize the "root" partition. But should worth a try:
right-click on computer, manage computer, disk manager.
This is the w7 path, but i think is something similar in xp.
