Well, I've given up trying to get my existing 32-bit XP installation to work on the new Xubuntu 14.04 host. I can transfer the files to a new installation - I thought.
So, I've installed a new XP from scratch on the Lenovo host running xubuntu 14.04. It all went well initially, installed from CD which had XP with SP2. I then added SP3, still OK. Finally I let it do all the windows XP updates, now I just get a black screen though it seems to be running as it still makes sounds. Is there any common cause of this problem? -- Chris Green ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Want fast and easy access to all the code in your enterprise?
