5.0.10 is the newest release with the most recent feature list. The above mentioned releases are maintenance releases of older branches for users who don't want to switch to VBox 5.0. If you have 5.0.10 installed, all is fine. If you have any older version installed, for instance 4.3.32, upgrade to the newest version of this branch (in this example to 4.3.34).
