VirtualBox doesn't have such capability to the best of my knowledge. VirtualBox Paravirtualization capabilities are vast, and the holes between hypervisor and guest are many more than in Swiss Cheese.
Paravirtual devices: -VirtualBox VGA (including Seamless mode and Multi-monitor) -- I think this cannot be disabled. -Mouse Integration -- you can turn it off, but I doubt if it completely disables MI, as I had issues with this during Linux logon manager (KDE display manager on boot) -3D acceleration -- (can be disabled host-side.) -VirtIO network -Clock source/time sync -Guest Properties (allows to get guest's IP address and such...) -Clipboard -- (can be disabled host-side.) -Shared Folders -- (can be disabled host-side.) -File Drag-n-Drop -- (can be disabled host-side.) -Guest Execution (including copy-files to guest, 3rd method besides DnD+SF) -- I think this cannot be disabled. special: - CPU - hardware virtualization allows to detect which host CPU is involved. (I think Intel debug register are visible from guest) - this may limit live-migration between hosts of different CPUs. ... this is just the top off my head, I'm sure I can figure out some more holes, if I think longer.
