Hi,

since I upgraded to 5.1.10, I have no HDA audio any more. Upgrading to
5.1.12 did not help either.

aplay ~/.purple/sounds/greetings.wav

aplay: main:722: audio open error: No such file or directory

As a side note, before 5.1.10, I got just a short piece from the
beginning of each audio file, but that was somewhat acceptable to my use
case.

After writing all the above, I remembered, that I could select a
different hardware emulation. Changing to ICH AC97 helped. Audio is fine
with this setup.

Regards
Ingo
