Interesting thing that I just discovered:
If I'm using dual monitors and come back to the computer that is locked up
(with VirtualBox running my Windows 10 guest), I can get the laptop
"unlocked" and responsive simply by switching screens.
In other words: The laptop is completely locked on the login screen and is
unresponsive. As soon as I move the mouse over to the other screen, the
login screen is responsive and I'm able to login.
I've now been able to verify this technique twice in the past few days.
