Hi, I have installed VirtualBox 5.1.14 on a host Ubuntu desktop 16.04.1 LTS
The client is also a Ubuntu desktop 16.04.1 LTS Starting from the grafical VirtualBox Manager or directly with VBoxManage startvm "Plex Server" --type headless works perfect. Starting manual with /etc/rc.local works also. At power up, virtualbox don't start. script rc.local, and is executable: #!/bin/sh -e # # rc.local # # This script is executed at the end of each multiuser runlevel. # Make sure that the script will "exit 0" on success or any other # value on error. # # In order to enable or disable this script just change the execution # bits. # # By default this script does nothing. /usr/local/bin/start-virtualbox.sh echo 0 script start-virtualbox.sh: #!/bin/sh # #start virtualbox headless on power up # VBoxManage startvm "Plex Server" --type headless what's wrong or missing here?
