I don't know if of any help but what's your VB VM Setting for "Pointing device"? "USB Multi-touch Tablet" is not great for me. And for Graphics Controller? For Windows it's recommended VBoxSVGA and try without 3D acceleration.
Sorry, I could get these info from the log, but I don't know how to read well there. You could update VB to 6.10 I guess and be sure you're not having KEXT issues (macOS now need your explicit permission). Sometimes I have to do in a terminal: sudo kextcache --clear-staging and restart my mac.
