there is no "quick and dirty" easy way. I have done it several times using 
<https://my.vmware.com/en/web/vmware/downloads/info/slug/infrastructure_operations_management/vmware_vcenter_converter_standalone/6_2_0>.
 You can then import the image in VBox.
There seems to exist a way without Vmware, but that doesn't sound easier 
<https://www.linux.org/threads/physical-to-virtual-p2v-using-virtualbox.10928/>.
 And I haven't tried this one.
