I believe this is something to ask elsewhere ( stackoverflow or something  )
For the sake of conversation it depends on how your disk partitioning
mode ( mbr OR gpt ) and also if you have or not additional partitions
on this disk.
There are some tools that allows to resize/create partitions as
necessary. If everything is ok, you can then fix the boot record or
efi partition using recovery mode. Just google-it about bcdboot or
fixmbr
Also it is possible that your new windows will not boot due to other issues.
