Hi George, Without VBox.log it is hard to say anything. Could you please submit a ticket for the issue (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker) and attach log there?

I don't know what is the exactly reason for it not to boot, but I recently noticed that there might be an issue when VM is configured using VMSVGA graphics. I managed to boot the guest with VBoxVGA graphics though.
