I have a long lived VirtualBox with XP as the guest OS. I'm noticing that even though VirtualBox is as idle as I can make it and its on a different desktop, it is constantly consuming 4%-7% of the CPU. XP is reporting 99% idle.
Is there a way reduce the amount of CPU consumed when VirtualBox is
more or less idle?
