Hi,
first of all: VirtualBox rocks! Thanks for making it available to the public!

I encounter the same issue as tony: I have a Win XP Prof guest and when I'm
shutting it down VirtualBox.exe crashes (Windows pop-up appear with error
message: "VirtualBox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.".
However this behaviour is not always reproducible, most of the time it crashes,
sometimes it doesn't. The error report is identical to the one attached by
xtonyus. I'm using VirtualBox 1.3.2 and not the OSE.

Regards
Frank
