My XP SP2 setup ran smoothly for quite a while until I stopped it with
Control+Q 'Save state' (another VM still works fine). It give the following
error message:
Failed to restore VM state from '/home/user/.VirtualBox/Machines/XP
Home/Snapshots/{6ae310b5-b07c-4c3b-a18e-d8ce23aa05e5}.sav'
(VERR_SSM_LOAD_CONFIG_MISMATCH).
At '/home/vbox/vbox/src/VBox/VMM/VM.cpp' (1077) in int vmR3Load(VM*, const
char*, int (*)(VM*, unsigned int, void*), void*).
VBox status code: -1825 VERR_SSM_LOAD_CONFIG_MISMATCH
.
