OK, by now I've found this discussion: http://vbox.innotek.de/pipermail/vbox-users/2007-January/000161.html and was able to follow the instructions there. However, when I manually started VBoxSVC and tried to run, say, the VirtualBox GUI, the same error (Failed to create VirtualBox object, Primary RC = 0x80004004) occurred again and the VBoxSVC crashed (segmentation fault). I do like VirtualBox a lot, but at the moment I'm a bit hopeless ... Ragards, Uli PS: I forgot to mention that all this is happening on a Debian Testing system. _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list [email protected] http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
