Apologies. The first time I sent this, I was sending in HTML,
rather than plain text. I hope this is easier to read. My query is regarding USB support. My host is Windows Xp Home, and I was trying out Windows 2000 and ME guests. I can get both guests to recognise the USB memory stick I'm testing with. However, if I plug in the USB stick AFTER the VirtualBox GUI is started, the stick is not seen by the host, only by the guests - if they are running. If I plug the stick in BEFORE starting the VirtualBox GUI, the host can see the device. This is fine. However, if I start the VirtualBox GUI, remove the stick and replug it, the host will not see it again, until I reboot XP. Is this behaviour normal? Up till now, I've only tried USB with a single device. Regards
