Hello Garibaldi,

That command adds a permanent shared folder.  This can currently only be 
done while the machine is not running.  To add a transient one, add the 
-transient switch to the end of the command.

As an alternative, you might look at exporting the drive with SMB - 
sharing it, or whatever Windows calls it - which is also easily 
accessible from within Kubuntu: just enter smb://<hostname>/<path> into 
Konqueror in the guest.
