is it foreseen to implement serial port access in a future version of
virtualbox ?
I would like to have an alternative to USB usage :
I'm under Linux (Mandriva 2007) with Windows XP guest and I try to use a
Garmin GPS.
It can work with USB port or with COM port. But USB is not properly
working for me :
The GPS unit detects a connection to a PC (but the Linux one ?)
and although Windows indicates Garmin USB device connected, it is not
working : GPS programs (OziExplorer, MapSource) do not detect the unit.
I'm stuck...
