That is a different issue. To recap:
1.) I an real Cd medium in a real unit is already used, then the vbox driver Cd 
does not appear
2.) autorun does not works
 
 
Hmm, maybe it is the same problem : vobxo not sending a signal to the virtual
machine, that the CD was changed

I noticed the same thing, it seems like the autorun feature is not working...
Installing by double clicking on the setup file work though.
