Hi! I noticed that the CPU is at 20% only when the program DetelFone is running inside the guest system. It is a VoIP application. Maybe it is making network traffic ? (see www.detelfone.eu for more info, the download and usage free) Regards, David

I'm hosting a guest Scientific Linux 4.4 system in a Fedora Core 6 system and the VirtualBox process is consistently using around 95-99% CPU (from the top program) even when the guest is just sitting at the GUI login screen. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but it makes no difference. Curiously, it doesn't seem to affect any aspects of using the Fedora system (apart from the CPU fan working overtime!). This can't be normal can it? I'm running 1.3.6. -- Mark Whidby Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list [email protected] http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
