Hi!
 
I noticed that the CPU is at 20% only when the program DetelFone is running
inside the guest system. It is a VoIP application. Maybe it is making
network traffic ?

I'm glad somebody mentioned this! I'm hosting a guest Scientific Linux
4.4 system in a Fedora Core 6 system and the VirtualBox process is
consistently using around 95-99% CPU (from the top program) even when
the guest is just sitting at the GUI login screen. I've tried
uninstalling and re-installing but it makes no difference. Curiously,
it doesn't seem to affect any aspects of using the Fedora system
(apart from the CPU fan working overtime!). This can't be normal can
it? I'm running 1.3.6.
