Hi Michael ! This is great news for me ! As you might know, I have already written documentation for VirtualBox-on-SUSE. (and submitted for SUSE 10.3 inclusion). And a very good one. You can read my article here: (NOTE: link will expire soon, so if you have problem email me, and I will send you the article directly) http://download.yousendit.com/6E957103384F0318 NOTE: Source-code - written by me in Docbook XML format is available from Novell LfL Subversion. This is just a pre-rendered page of it. I'm willing to participate in writing of this community documentation with only one requirement - it will be available offline - that is: with product installation on PCs that are *not* connected to the Internet. Internet-online documentation does not fulfill my needs. This is very important for me, because VBox official documentation often describes some features poorly, and platform-specific issues are not described at all (USB and SUSE isn't covered). The requirement I have is for 2 reasons: -Mobile user, who has no Internet connection at some point of time. -Secured system, not connected to the net at all. Let me know if you agree to publish the user documentation with the package itself, and I will start working right now. As for text - hmmm - ok - but I would think that it will lack graphics and screenshots. It is OK for start - but we should think about next step (if not yet implement) - maybe HTML ? -Alexey "Technologov" _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list vbox-users@virtualbox.org http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
